Partner voices

In their words.

"Our team runs a lot of our operations offshore, and that works well for us — but North American creators want someone who understands their market, their audience, and their schedule. 456 Growth fills that gap. They've become the layer between our internal teams and the US creator community, and the difference shows in who says yes to us and how those partnerships perform."

"456 Growth is the exact kind of agency partner that raises the bar for everyone in the room. When we see another shared client with 456, we know two things are guaranteed: the brand's revenue is going to scale sustainably, and working with the 456 team is going to be collaborative and efficient."

"456's real product is relationships. Anyone can pull a creator list — 456 has actual standing with those creators, which is why the yes rate is what it is and why the content comes back good the first time. They've built something that scales without getting sloppy: we hand them volume and the quality holds. At this point they're not a vendor we manage, they're a partner we plan around."

"456 Growth has been a long-time partner of Lumanu, and we've worked hand in hand pioneering creator payments in the US market. Their commitment to payment process and management has built deep trust with the US creator and influencer community. I've watched their team expand creator activity and diversify their service solutions, driving significant GMV impact and building payment models that accelerate creator performance and compound over time."

"The hardest part of running TikTok Shop for a brand twelve time zones away is that the campaign doesn't stop when their office closes. Working alongside 456 Growth on partnerships, I've seen them absorb that gap entirely — creators get answers, samples move, videos go live, and the brand wakes up to a report instead of a backlog. International brands don't just get an agency, they get a team already awake."

"Our clients had been circling the influencer opportunity on Amazon for years without ever really landing it. 456 Growth took the time to understand what each of them needed, then built an always-on program that delivered — genuine creator relationships, brand awareness at the top, and a GMV funnel underneath it. They executed the thing our clients had only been able to talk about."

The challenge

JIYU was one of the most viral Korean skincare brands on TikTok Shop, with 13,000+ active creators posting thousands of videos a month — but that awareness was leaking. Viewers were discovering the brand on TikTok and buying on Amazon, where the brand had no affiliate program to capture the intent, and no way to measure or forecast the relationship between the two channels.

What we ran

  • Launched and operated the Amazon affiliate program on Levanta in October 2025, building the mechanism to capture TikTok-driven demand on the marketplace
  • Indexed Levanta revenue against TikTok view and GMV data to isolate a consistent ~30-day awareness-to-purchase lag we could forecast and plan against
  • Held commission at ~15% through the January–March scale phase to protect margin while the creator base compounded
  • Raised commission to ~25% in April, timed to peak TikTok reach — pulling in higher-volume affiliates exactly when the audience was warmest

Blended ROAS at scale

K-beauty skincare products lineup with the headline K-Beauty Taking Over The Industry

The challenge

A category leader at home with near-zero recognition in the US. Their Seoul team had sent creator outreach for four months and booked eleven collaborations, none of which converted. Listings ran on directly translated Korean copy, and two hero claims sat on the wrong side of the FDA's cosmetic-versus-drug line.

What we ran

  • Rewrote product claims and listing copy for a US audience, clearing the cosmetic claim boundary before a single creator was briefed
  • Seeded 420 samples across our skincare bench to find which creators and which angles actually converted, rather than paying for reach upfront
  • Built a tiered affiliate program with escalating commission, so the 6% of creators driving most of the revenue had a reason to keep posting
  • Whitelisted the eleven highest-converting organic videos into paid, replacing the brand's studio creative entirely

The challenge

Nine out of every ten dollars came from Amazon, where ACOS had climbed for five straight quarters against two competitors willing to lose money on the category. The brand had no owned audience, no content library, and no answer if the account were ever suspended.

What we ran

  • Stood up TikTok Shop as a parallel channel rather than a marketing experiment, with its own P&L and its own margin floor
  • Built a standing UGC pipeline through managed creators, giving paid social a creative library instead of a fatigue problem
  • Routed external creator traffic into Amazon listings to lift organic rank, so the new channel paid the old one back
  • Implemented multi-touch attribution across both channels so budget moved on evidence rather than on last-click

Launched a US creator offer for six client brands without hiring in-market

US hires required

The challenge

Three retained clients had asked for US creator activation and the agency's roster was EU-only. Building a US team meant an entity, a year of relationship-building, and a hiring bet placed before any revenue existed — and one of the three had already started taking calls from a US shop.

What we ran

  • Ran US execution under their brand and in their reporting format, so the client relationship never changed hands
  • Gave their account leads direct access to our roster and CRM for pitch work, so US capability was real in the room before it was contracted
  • Handled creator contracting, rights, and USD payment rails end to end — the operational layer that had been the actual blocker
  • Held a shared weekly call in overlapping hours so their team was never explaining a US problem secondhand

For agencies

Agencies extend into the US through us.

You keep the client, the contract, and the brand. We run the US execution underneath — in your reporting format, under your name if you want it that way. These are the partners already working that way.

Let's talk about your US growth.

Tell us the product and the ambition. We'll tell you where US demand sits, which channel should carry the launch, and whether we're the right team to run it.
